We are Neat. We've built Hong Kong's first online current account for individuals, startups and SMEs. Our goal is to make bank branches redundant and provide a joyful customer experience.

We’re looking for someone that can delight our customers, is a natural problem solver and gets excited about being part of a young and growing business.


  • Help build our customer happiness team and processes from the ground up.
  • Communicate with our users on social media, e-mail and phone. Support users with onboarding and resolve issues.
  • Set up processes for assembling user feedback and communicate with product team.
  • Build a strong community of users, online and offline, who love the product and want to share with their friends.
  • Help write educational content and FAQ sections.

Skills & requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin preferred.
  • Experience in customer facing roles, such as in hospitality, retail or customer service.
  • Outgoing, friendly and resourceful
  • Work independently
  • Experience working in a startup
