Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a digital marketing manager to help us drive customer acquisition and play a key role in growing our customer base. You will manage our (paid) channels and drive optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid acquisition channels (social ads, search ads, retargeting) to drive growth
  • Work with design & content manager to constantly test new imagery and copy to improve ads
  • Manage affiliate program, help recruit new affiliates & influencers
  • Run A/B tests on website to improve conversion rate
  • Work with content team on drip campaigns and e-mail marketing to drive conversions
  • Test & establish new paid acquisition channels (e.g. programmatic)
  • Come up with new methods of lead generation, such as free tools
  • Work with developers to implement tracking & analytics and implement new marketing tech as required
  • Use data to come to actionable insights and share findings with marketing team


Skills & requirements

  • 2 years of experience in digital / performance marketing
  • You’ve worked in a startup before, preferable one that is at a stage of scaling from thousands to hundreds of thousands of customers
  • Advanced knowledge of Adwords & FB Ad Manager and retargeting tools, such as Adroll or Criteo
  • Data-driven mindset, good with numbers and skilled at Google Analytics, SQL skills preferrable
  • Experience with affiliate marketing & tracking
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS or familiar with tools to build landing pages
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin preferred but not required
  • Passionate about marketing & growth
  • Bonus: knowledge of Chinese social media & digital platforms

More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Digital Marketing Manager
